I had surgery on my ankle for a broken bone, so I couldn't stand and walk for long. I wrap my belt around my legs and ankles. The red contact points make me feel very relaxed. this item is amazing. i wasn’t sure at first but after reading about the benefits of red light therapy i decided to give it a shot. and omg. am i glad i did. this thing is amazing and so easy to use. the first day i used it on my lower back and let me tell you. it relived so much pain i didn’t need to take all of my medication i normally do. i was able to skip to dosages of my pain medications. i then tried it on my foot which has nerve damage and unbelievable. i actually had more feeling and sensitivity in my foot. i would recommend this for anyone who has aches and pains. it’s so easy to use. and works so well.

Best money ever spent. I have arthritis in my ankles, hips, knees, feet basically all over. I have tried medication, some work somewhat, others not. So... I like this product so much I've gotten 4 since December! The company's customer service is fast and responsive. I contacted them about an order issue on my second unit and they were very quick to make it right.
I used this after a hand surgery (broken metacarpal), and I have no doubt it helped speed my healing. I'm almost 40 and I'm back to regular daily activities after only 3 months, to the day, since I had the surgery.
My husband uses this on his knees and back after a day of boarding and he says he can tell the difference in how he feels the next day. Muscles aren't as sore!!
I just ordered one to help my grandmas back. She's been suffering for going on three months now with a fractured vertebrae that the doctors can't do anything for.

After looking into different things to try to help my back as this baby tries to test his limits on my spine, I came across red light therapy. Now I assumed my back would still hurt after use but I'm fat and desperate. After a long day it was nice to climb in bed, lay on my red light, and relax. Set it at level 3 for 30 mins. I'm not sure what happened after that. The heat felt great and soon my back felt just as good. I woke up a few hours later without the pain and stiffness I usually feel. This is going to be a part of my nightly routine for at least the next 3 months.
