I use this on all my body parts. I have fibro and have torn a muscle from the bone leaving me a painful leg. I use this ever day! In different areas. You need to let it rest for 10 mins between body parts. The instruction booklet is helpful for times on what body part for whatever ailment . I also took it camping with me. I get such bad charlie horses in my calves and thighs which have almost completely stopped with using this!. I even use it on my dog who has arthritis in his hind legs and he loves it.

This is a great belt that is helping my arthritic ankle feel so much better.
It’s a wearable device that can be used on many parts of the body.
It is really helping the inflammation in my ankle. I decided to buy it after having 10 red light therapy treatments at the chiropractor’s office, that worked.
